Les absences \u2014 maladies, cong\u00e9s, grossesses \u2014 d\u00e9sorganisent les cr\u00e8ches et fragilisent la qualit\u00e9 de l'accueil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pour y r\u00e9pondre, l'ISBW imagine un dispositif in\u00e9dit en Wallonie. Les pu\u00e9ricultrices relais reprennent les t\u00e2ches de la personne absente tout en respectant le projet d'accueil de la cr\u00e8che. Une coordinatrice g\u00e8re les plannings, le suivi, la formation continue et l'administration.
